AI-based acceptance
ReqPOOL Signoff is the agentic platform for AI-supported software acceptance based on the specification — from specification analysis through test case generation and agentic test execution to the revision-proof acceptance report. Humans always stay accountable: the final acceptance is granted by the client.
Modules & features
Specification analysis
Decomposition of the specification (PDF, DOCX, text) into atomic, verifiable requirements in Gherkin format — each with a unique ID and a verbatim reference to the source clause.
Test case generation
Complete test cases incl. test data, boundary and negative cases — automatically linked in a traceability matrix.
Agentic test execution
An AI agent tests the target system directly and collects evidence (screenshots, logs); alternatively a guided playbook with multimodal evaluation of the screen recording.
Assessment & acceptance report
An independent AI verification model assesses every test case (passed / failed / not verifiable) and suggests bugfixes; the result is a revision-proof acceptance report (PDF) with Excel export.
Roles & audit
Sign-in via Microsoft Entra ID; roles (system admin, project manager, user, client) and a revision-proof audit log of all actions.
Usage best practices
- Have test cases and test runs approved by the project manager before execution — no unapproved runs against client systems.
- Report coverage against the specification transparently; unverified clauses block the gate.
- Accept every assessment only with evidence (screenshot, log); the final acceptance is always granted by the client.
- After bugfixes, re-run the affected test cases and document the regression evidence in the report.
